Vision-Our vision is to reach men who are passionately motivated to become Leaders of Integrity, within our families, our workplace, and our Community in which we are called to serve.
Mission- is to develop a core group of men who will be committed to key ORGANIZATIONAL COMPONENTS which are specifically designed to provide opportunities to share experience and exchange truths about marriage, parenting, family, relationship, wealth, giving, and service to our community.
6 star-curriculums
-Community (Hands on and classroom settings) Talk on being on time promptness. Talk about general definition- actually keep track with 9 record book of their community to men of honor.
-Respect (classroom setting and hands on ) self-respect, woman, elders. Hands on Take members to pump gas, cook dinner / nutrition, take to nursing home, job interview illustration.
-Community involvement- (classroom setting and hands on) How to act in community
Hands on – Clean up graffiti, take members to city hall, feed homeless.
-Responsibilities- (Classroom setting and hands on) Biblical principle, biblical characters and their times in reference to our times and us/ consider the ant scenario, body many members, scenario/ Nehemiah- study Hands on Chores in houses sex, drugs,(discussions)
-Relationship(classroom) Husband and wife, boyfriend/girlfriend-family, friends, religion, parent to children Leadership (classroom and hands on) Discussions on leadership, our president, confidentiality, fundraiser-putting in place development Family-leadership

Upon graduation if you want to be over something you must pass a background check
